1 前言
電鍍行業是通用性強、應用面廣、跨行業、跨部門的加工工業行業。電鍍排放廢水中含有重金屬、酸、堿及氰化物等污染物，若得不到妥善處理，將對環境造成嚴重污染。近年來，政府不斷出臺一系列環保法規政策，以規范電鍍等重污染行業。最新出臺的、于2008年8月1日實施的《電鍍污染物排放標準》，較之前的《污水綜合排放標準》和《大氣污染物綜合排放標準》嚴格了許多。對企業而言，是壓力也是機遇。那么，如何化壓力為機遇?清潔生產將是降低排放強度，減少工業污染，緩解環境壓力，使環境保護工作實現由末端控制轉向全過程控制的必由之路。本文悉心節選了與電鍍相關的現行環保條例，謹與業界人士共同分享解讀心得。
